We work with modern as well as antique and vintage stones. We will guide you in finding the right stone for you. We are also happy to re-purpose an existing stone of yours.

Prior to casting in gold, a prototype can be shipped to you to ensure that the fit and design are as expected. Our goal is to make this experience stress-free and fun.

CUSTOM PET PORTRAIT CARVINGS

Portrait carvings known as Essex crystals were popular during Georgian times and often depicted fauna and flora themes. Only a few artists today master this Ancient art form. Our long time partner, Michael Peuster, is a renowned Master carver in Idar Oberstein, Germany whose proprietary techniques achieve an unmistakable level of depth and detail.

All we need to get started on your custom portrait is a photo of your pet and the desired shape of the portrait (round, oval, heart, etc.). Once completed, the portrait can be set like any gemstone. We will walk you through the design process, whether it is to create a simple gold bezel or something more complex.
